We have a London office

Tuesday, November 17th, 2009

We’re excited to have a second office in the heart of Soho, in central London, adding to our Brighton office.

Why expand in a downturn?

This allows us to be at the cutting edge of new developments in the capital, as well as collaborate with our friends, colleagues and other agencies on exciting digital projects.

It also allows us to attend fantastic networking events like open coffee, minibar and a wide range of regular and one-off ‘web-tech’ events that give us the opportunity to meet new colleagues and clients, talk to people about our work and look for new products to perhaps sell in the future.

As well as go after the larger range of work that is available in London.

We feel this will give us the advantage to learn, collaborate and deliver higher quality than before.

If you are based in London, or even if you are not and want to come to visit us and see the new office. Or meet up for a coffee, and an informal chat feel free to contact us.

Likewise, if you are looking for meeting roooms, permanent or hot-desking office space check out eoffice. Tell them we sent you!

Our London address is:

Callender Creates,
2 Sheraton Street,
London, W1F 8BH

Tel: 08456 524 203
Email: info@callendercreates.com

You can view a Google map and all our other contact details on our contact page.

If you’ve got an idea, Global Entrepreneurship Week is for you!

Friday, November 6th, 2009

gew_logo_2009Global Entrepreneurship Week at the British Library 16-20 November 2009.

An event which we recommend if you are thinking of starting out, getting bigger and better if you are already up and running, and find out how to grow if you have been trading for years.

Most of the events are free, or at a small cost for an event of this type. The programme is as follows:

  • Monday – Business basics day – Starting from scratch, with the essential business topics that you’ll need to understand to get going in business.
  • Tuesday – Innovation day – Learn how to make the most of your ideas. Culminating with a keynote by Lord Sugar.
  • Wednesday – Womens Enterprise Day – Meet a whole host of female entrepreneurs, who are just getting started to big names.
  • Thursday – Social enterprise day – The way of doing business that makes a positive social or environmental change. Find out the steps to make your business more ethical.
  • Friday – Home enterprise day – Taking advantage of the flexibility home working brings. Learn some top tips, and what it takes to make it. There will also be a free online seminar for this during the week of the event.

If you cannot make it, the main keynotes will be webcast at British Library and HSBC Inspiring Entrepreneurs Webcasts. So even if some events are sold out, you can still gain valuable insight and knowledge from the experts.
