PROJECT My Board Club // CLIENT Future Electronics
AIMS To encourage new and existing readers of FTM Electronics Magaine to register for membership online to receive special offers and marketing information.
PROCESS After just being advertised in the printed magazine we received a fantastic conversion rate of visitors signing up online. Nearly 50% monthly visitors are new, with the remaining 50% returning for further information. Feedback we have received from customers are that it is easy to understand, and quick to load. It has become a talking point at conferences amongst regular visitors.
SUCCESS: A trusted resource for FTM readers, and a fantastic opportunity for the client being able to directly contact each member with the data supplied on membership signup. Leading to increased ROI and CRM management for the client.
"In one year we have had 1000 new visitors sign up. We could never have achieved these results with traditional print marketing.." Future Electronics.

PROJECT The Social Golfer // CLIENT Web Reactive
AIMS To design and build an entirely new platform which will allow members to discuss their favoruite sport, building an online community.
PROCESS Following and extensive concept design phase, the designs were individually hand coded into an web standards based XHTML/CSS layout, and then the dynamic content from the 'back-end' database was plugged into the code we created. Resulting in an exciting and accessible online forum and knowledge sharing platform.
SUCCESS: A bespoke online community that can be used for many different sports communities, and an idea that now make the clients a fantastic income, partly to our advice and expertise in design and usability.

PROJECT PSM Academy // CLIENT McKinsey & Company
AIMS The client approached us to design and develop an Extranet or secure web portal for managers and executive employees of McKinsey & Company.
PROCESS We consulted initially on the tasks the users of the site were aiming to achieve. We created the designs based on the feedback we received after the initial meeting with them. The categories of each of the site were grouped together in a meaningful way so it was intuitive to the user even before they click through to the pages. It was also important for the site to allow users to upload files and leave messages regarding the files for conferences and meetings for example.
SUCCESS: Allowing employees to access the information online, anywhere in the world - remotely. As well as being able to upload files and leave messages on the portal.
We have established a long term relationship with the client in advising on similar web portals for other departments of the company.
